« We’re gonna eat the best ice cream in Brussels! » It’s mai 2004 and it’s our first date. It’s like that how I first met Capoue. Ever since, it has become a mandatory passage each time my friends come to visit me in Brussels. It became a ritual actually, especially with my friend, Julie. After eating a burrito, we always serve our two scoops of ice-cream at Capoue. Almond milk and raspberry sorbet. A delight ! -))))
In short, it’s just an excuse to offer yourself a lickerish break at Capoue.

You have different compositions with original names and why not create your own?
You can also take away a bigger quantity at home, eat on the spot or part with it on a cone. Special mention for minute made pancakes.

Either if it’s the classic ones like strawberry – vanilla – pistachio – chocolate or the more unusual ones like salted butter caramel – almond milk – passion fruit, Capoue still is and forever will be the unavoidable address for ice cream in Brussels.
